High Days and Holidays

For a given year, you can calculate more than 900 holidays from more than 30 countries.

Input

Valid range for the year

smallest valid value: 1
largest valid value: 9999

Output

Standard output format

The standard output format can be selected as short (e.g. 25.05.13), medium (e.g. 25.05.2013), long (25 May 2013) or detailed (Saturday, 25 May 2013).

The country name is displayed as a tooltip when you hover with the mouse over a day name or a country flag.

Greyed out names mean that the corresponding day was celebrated earlier, but no longer today.

Greyed out flags mean that the country where the days were celebrated no longer exists (e.g. the DDR).

The beginnings of spring, summer, autumn and winter are always considered astronomically, unless otherwise stated.

Calendar output format

In addition to the standard output format, you can also select the listformat by selecting "Make List". The output can be then be imported by other software. See also Generate List
