The dialog called "Time Picker" helps you to select a particular timestamp within 24 hours.
If you select "Manual Input", you can specify hour, minute, and second manually.
By default the second hand jumps each second. If you select "Real Time Output" the second hand moves smoothly in real time over the clock face.
Push the "OK" button in order to transfer the timestamp to the main GUI and click on "Close" to close the dialog.
