3) Nobody is perfect. You could search for bugs and report bugs. Please go to the section called Get support in order to learn how to do that.

4) You would like to have a feature implemented? Please go to Feature Requests and click on Create Ticket - you have to register on sourceforge.net in order to do that.. Alternatively you can write an email to me - Warning: I read all emails, but due to the amount of emails I get, I only reply if you write explicitly that you want to get a reply: "I would like to get a reply on this email."

Get Support

1) Make sure that you are using the latest Java Runtime Environment and the latest release of the NumericalChameleon.

2) Read the FAQs.

3) Read the manual of the NumericalChameleon and check whether you can solve your problem with the documentation. You can open the manual by selecting the menu item Manual from the Help menu.

4) Still need support ? Please go to http://sourceforge.net/p/numchameleon/_list/tickets?source=navbar and select an appropriate Tracker. If you are unsure, select "Support Request" and click on "Create Ticket". You have to register at sourceforge.net if you don't have an account already there. Please describe the issue as precise as you can (operating system, Java version, problem description, error messages, etc.), also attach the entire system properties to your request. The system properties can be copied by selecting the program menu items called Help / Info / System Properties

5) Follow the instructions of all four steps above. If you still have a question, drop me a private email. Warning: I read all emails, but due to the amount of emails I get, I only reply if you write explicitly that you want to get a reply: "I would like to get a reply on this email."
